had my first aerobics lesson this morning!

gosh, it was fun! not to mention its cheap as well, $52 for 12 lessons. (off peak, 9-10am)  cheap right? since my classes on every monday starts at either 12pm or 3.30pm, i have free time in the morning for aerobics! perfect isn’t it?

the cardio exercises are tiring, especially the abdomen exercises! they almost killed me. sheesh, my abdomen muscles are weak man. to think i was a sports person once, which was eons ago. *looks up into the sky* i guess if i keep up with the aerobics lessons and eat lesser (which i fervently hope so), i might be able to shed some weight :D

cmon chichi! you can do it! hand in hand with aerobics, you shall achieve the ideal weight soon!
